Most Siennicki (Breitenbach Brücke) was in renovation last year. Now the bridge is open for usage. There are new tramway tracks, new road surface and strengthened structure.
The bridge was constructed in 1912. Severely damaged in 1945. Rebuilt in 1947 but not as a movable bridge (opening for boats).
Inspired by hundred year old photographs of Breitenbach Brücke I visited the place and took fresh photos. As you can see there are still construction elements of the original bridge.
